SBID Product Design Awards Finalist 2020

We’re really happy to report that our decorative luminaire, the Perla pendant, has been shortlisted for an SBID Product Design Award 2020. Our hand-blown glass pendant is a finalist in the Lighting category and the winner will be announced online on 23 October.

Inspired by an oyster shell, Perla is composed of an organic-formed glass shade with a central light source that echos the inner pearl and emits a soft glow. Each glass shade is crafted in the UK by skilled artisans using specialist glassblowing techniques, meaning each one is slightly unique.

You can see edits of Perla at Four Seasons Hotel and a private residence in Belgravia, and in the Tollgård Showroom, Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour where they are on show. Interior designers can select from a range of glass shade colourways such as Violet, Earth and Ocean, in addition to chrome, brass or bronze finishes for the metalwork.
